Finned tubes, also known as heat sink tubes, are divided into single metal finned tubes and bimetal finned tubes.
Single metal finned tube is rolled from aluminum tube as a whole, which is called aluminum rolled finned tube. It has no contact thermal resistance, high strength, heat resistance and mechanical vibration, good thermal expansion performance, and considerable extended heat exchange surface. The heat exchanger made of this kind of finned tube is a widely used heat exchanger, and its effect is better than that of the series or wound plate heat exchanger. Single metal finned tubes can also be directly rolled from steel tubes or copper tubes.
The bimetal composite finned tubes are divided into steel aluminum composite finned tubes and copper aluminum composite finned tubes. Steel aluminum composite finned tube is rolled out of fins after being compounded (steel pipe, aluminum tube; or stainless steel tube, aluminum tube), and copper aluminum composite finned tube is rolled out of fins after being compounded (copper tube, aluminum tube). It has the advantages of tight combination, small thermal resistance, good heat transfer performance, high strength, small flow loss, strong corrosion resistance, not easy to deform under long-term cold and hot working conditions, and long working life.
The integrally rolled fins are free of burrs and wrinkles, easy to clean, easy to remove the condensation water on the surface of fins during wet cooling in heating and air-conditioning projects, and not easy to dust and scale in drying heating and other heat exchange occasions.
The surfaces of the single metal finned tubes and bimetal composite finned tubes produced by our factory are anodized, beautiful and generous in color, and can effectively prevent surface corrosion.
Low finned tubes are mainly used in the condensing tubes and evaporators of air conditioners and refrigeration equipment, absorption refrigerators, oil coolers and other heat exchangers; Condensate tubes and evaporators used in heat exchangers of thermal power plants and nuclear power plants, and in marine exchangers; It is applied to all air coolers, diesel oil coolers, secondary coolers, heat exchangers in waste heat recovery systems of gas turbine units and petrochemical industry, as well as dryers and heaters used in chemical industry.
