When the rubber gasket to be replaced or the unglued part needs to be repaired, the fin tube shall be taken down and placed on the table to remove the old gasket, or the glue traces in the fin tube groove shall be wiped off with fine sandpaper at the unglued part, and then the oil traces in the groove shall be wiped off with carbon tetrachloride or trichloroethylene and other solvents, and then the back of the new rubber gasket shall be wiped off with fine sandpaper, and the oil traces shall also be wiped off with carbon tetrachloride or trichloroethylene solvent.
Then apply a thin layer of glue on the back of the groove and the rubber washer. After a little drying, the rubber washer is embedded into the groove, flattened around, and coated with talcum powder.
